Spanish Repossessions

Property Winners is fortunate to have access to all of the repossessions for one of Spain's Banks.

The repossessed properties are being marketed for the amount currently outstanding on the mortgage or less.

In addition the Bank will charge an administration fee of 5% of the agreed purchase contract price. This is payable on completion and does not increase the amount of  IVA (stamp duty) that you need to pay.

In some cases the prices at which the properties are offered could result in a price less than 50% of the current valuation.

We will email you a registration form for completion which needs to be returned by post with your registration fee of £20 (Cheque Payable to Property Winners Ltd)

When the form is received by Property Winners we will send you an acknowledgement. You will receive information on the properties in your preferred towns/locations usually within 21 days.

When completing the form, it is helpful for you to be as specific as possible with your prefered locations. There are over 3000 properties currently on the list, with hundreds of others being added each week.

Any properties that you wish to view, reserve or purchase can be discussed either with us or directly with the bank. English is spoken.

The Bank is also able to offer mortgages subject to individual status and income. The Bank may wish to evaluate your financial situation before agreeing the purchase. This can be arranged through Property Winners Ltd or Mortgagehunters.
