We offer 2 levels of service:
- Full marketing of the property and sales support.
- An advert only service.
The above depends on your preference and also our/your ability to provide local support for viewings etc.
How do the two schemes work:
1. Full Support

 Discuss your property marketing requirements with you, and your selling objectives, timescale, price etc.

Establish local viewing arrangements.

Agree a sale only commission percentage with you and send you a marketing agreement.

We will prepare a property details sheet and ask you to email us some photographs of the property to enable us to list the property on the Property Winners Portal.

Establish if you have been letting out the property, whether the sale includes any future booked lettings and the overall condition of the property.

What items will be sold with the property ie furniture, fixtures or fittings.

List the property and advise you of any interest or enquiries.

Market the property both on the portal and to our database via newsletter/bulletin.

Advise you of any offers received and negotiate with the buyers on your behalf.

Recommend suitable solicitors to the buyers.

Progress the sale transaction liaising with all parties.
2. Advert only service

We will send/email you an advert proforma for you to complete the property information.

Ask you to email us suitable photographs.

Charge you a fixed fee. £199.00 (inclusive) for a 3 month advert.

£250.00 (inclusive) for a 6 month advert.

We can either forward you any enquiries or include your email for interested buyers to contact you direct.

We will not negotiate price or progress any offers.
