Property Details

There are only 140 "freehold" plots at BayView. The Mahoe and Tamarind models, these are similar in size internally both 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms, but the Tamarind offers a wrap around balcony for an additional £10,000. Either model can enjoy wonderful views on plots ranging from 520sqmts - 1000sqmts. 

The Obi 1 bedroom linked villa is priced at £142,700 and includes a hot tub. The Cordia 2 bedroom linked villa is priced at £168,300.  Both models are 76sqmts (818sqft) and come fully furnished. Both models have with their own 300sqmts (3,200sqft) garden with optional upgrade for hot tub within own private garden.  

The villas are fully furnished, fully air-conditioned but also with ceiling fans and vaulted ceilings.

The floors are tiled throughout and all white goods are supplied in the kitchen, with granite worktops.   The plot size are approx 300sqmts for the 1 & 2 bedroom plots and 600 - 1000sqmts for the 3 bedroom plots. 

 There are optional upgrades with each property, which include your own private pool at a cost of £30,250 or hot tub for the 3 bedroom units and a hot tub £15,500 for the 1 & 2 bedroom units, no price has been give for the hot tub.   

These homes are built to hurricane standard, to withstand winds of up to 150 mph and are just outside the hurricane belt. The build time has now started in section B and the whole development is due to be completed in approximately December 2009.

Some plots in phase C have been released; we are now taking £2000 refundable reservation fee for all other unreleased plots.    Views are important and each villa will be built facing the best possible views from the plot. A shuttle Bus will also take clients and owners to the local beaches around the site and to Rodney Bay.
