7. Whether you decide to view the property or not is personal preference. Many overseas properties are purchased ‘off plan’ and the site may only be a hole in the ground at that stage.
If the property you are interested in is the 2nd or 3rd phase of a development it may be worth viewing. It also depends on your ultimate objective for the property. If you are going to spend considerable time there yourself then you may want to ensure it fully meets your criteria.
Portfolio investors often do not bother to view. Some of the Cyprus developments have a video presentation on DVD and we can send you one of these where available
